The holiday season can be a whirlwind of expectations, traditions, and obligations—making it hard to hear your own voice amid the noise.
It’s easy to say Yes out of habit, guilt, or pressure and just as easy to carry the weight of a No that feels misunderstood. But what happens when we pause and create space to listen to what we truly need?
How can we honor those needs without guilt and allow ourselves the grace to shift when we realize something no longer fits? It’s about honoring your true Yes and trusting your No, and it’s also about what happens when you realize you didn’t.
This month’s Conversation is about making room for choices that align with who we are and how we want to show up—both for ourselves and for others.
It’s about exploring what it looks like to let go of “supposed to” and “should” and embrace decisions rooted in freedom and love.
